An October 1994 article in "The Rock" magazine accurately portrays DeAnn Geary's winning customer philosophy. "Repeat business is the hallmark of the success of Geary Construction, Inc." Since its founding in 1947, the company has developed a loyal customer base through a philosophy emphasizing quality, expertise, fairness and safety.
Geary has always believed in giving the customer "What they want, when they want it, in a safe environment and at a fair price." DeAnn credits her father for the company's rapport with its clients. "My father had an excellent reputation in the constuction business. He believed in treating people fairly and giving the customers a good quality job. Today, we are working for many of the customers that my father worked for...The biggest reason for our success is that we have established a very good relationship with our clients. We don't try to maintain a client for just one season, but for the rest of our lives."
